Shipping and delivery conditions

 

We will process your order immediately upon receipt. Orders placed before 12 noon are usually shipped 

the same day, at the latest on the following day.

 

If you would like to pay in advance, the goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment

(approx. 1-3 days).

 

If you want immediate shipping, please pay by Paypal or credit card.

 

We offer different shipping options.

 

Shipping is done with DHL. Standard within Germany, Economy Saver international.

 

  4,99 € - Germany, delivery time approx. 1-2 days

15,00 € - Europe, except Turkey and Russia, delivery time approx. 3-7 days 

25,00 € - Worldwide, outside Europe, delivery time depends on destination

 

A delivery free of shipping costs takes place

 

from 100,00 € value of goods within Germany

from 150,00 € value of goods within Europe 

 

 

Shipping by DHL Express (receipt of order until 11 am)

 

25,00 € - Germany, delivery on the following day

50,00 € - Europe, delivery on the following day

50,00 € - Worldwide, delivery within max. 5 days

 

 

The shipment is insured and within 2 days after receipt of order, the delivery time by mail is about 1 - 2 days, to other European countries about 3 - 5 days.

If you want to return the goods within the legal cancellation period, please send the goods back to us at your expense. Please note that we only accept unused and originally packed hygiene

hygiene products.

 

If the goods are damaged as a result of transport, please contact us immediately and we will refund you free of charge.

 

For deliveries outside the European Union, you may have to pay the respective country-specific import VAT at your customs. Unfortunately, we cannot give any information about the levying of customs duties.

 

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address when placing your order and our shipping service provider was unable to make the delivery as a result, the shipment will be returned to us at our expense. A new shipment to the correct shipping address is possible, but we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs incurred again. If you do not contact us within 8 working days, the order will be cancelled.
